The Reports List is now simpler to use. You can change the version of any report directly from the list, individually or in bulk, and each report has just one button to open it.
✨ What's New
- Report version control in the row menu: Each report in the Reports List now has a Report version option in its overflow (three-dot) menu, so you can choose which version of a report you want to use without leaving the list.
- Bulk version changes: Select multiple reports in the Reports List and change their report version in one action instead of updating them one by one.
- One View report button: The two separate view buttons on each row are now a single View report button, so there is no guesswork about which one to click.
- Consistent report opening: Reports opened from Home, Portfolio Summary, global search, and the public menu now open in the version assigned to that report.
- Cleaner report pages: The Open in Classic view link and the Try New Report banner are no longer shown inside reports.
🛠️ How to Use It
Change the version of a single report:
- Open the Reports List.
- Find the report you want to update and open the overflow (three-dot) menu on its row.
- Select Report version.
- Choose the version you want and confirm your selection.
Change the version of several reports at once:
- Open the Reports List.
- Select the reports you want to update using the row selection controls.
- Choose the option to change the report version for your selection.
- Pick the version and confirm.
Open a report: Click View report on any row.
📋 What to Expect
- Each report opens in the version it is set to, no matter where you open it from in the platform.
- If you used the Open in Classic view link or the Try New Report banner before, use the Report version option in the Reports List instead.
- Changing a report's version affects how that report opens from now on. Your existing reports remain in your Reports List.
