After purchasing a Search Atlas training package, you will receive a confirmation email containing your access link to the 3-day live Zoom training sessions. If your session was interrupted at checkout, or you simply cannot locate the link, this article walks you through the steps to find it quickly.
📧 Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email
Your training access link is delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout. Here is what to do:
- Open the inbox of the email address you used when purchasing the training.
- Search for an email from Search Atlas with a subject line containing words like Training, Confirmation, or Welcome.
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders if the email is not in your main inbox.
- Click the Zoom link inside the email to access your training session.
⏱️ Step 2: Allow Time for Delivery
In most cases, the confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of a completed purchase. However, high email volume or filtering rules can occasionally cause a short delay. If you have just completed checkout, wait up to 15 minutes before taking further action.
⚠️ Step 3: Confirm Your Payment Was Processed
If your session was interrupted during checkout, your payment may not have completed successfully. Before contacting support, verify the following:
- Check your bank or card statement to confirm a charge from Search Atlas appears.
