🔍 Common Causes of Confusion
- Atlas Agent vs. Playbooks: Atlas Agent is accessed from the left sidebar by clicking Home (Ask Atlas Ag / Agent Hub) and opens a different tool. Playbooks is a separate section and is not nested inside the Atlas Agent panel.
- CoWork area: CoWork contains collaboration features but does not host Playbooks directly. If you are browsing CoWork and not finding Playbooks, you are likely in the wrong section.
- Advertiser vs. Publisher context: Playbooks may display differently depending on whether your account is set to an advertiser or publisher role. Confirm which role applies to your account before searching for the feature.

- Log in to your Search Atlas account and make sure you are on the main platform dashboard — not inside a specific tool panel like Atlas Agent.
- Close or dismiss the Atlas Agent panel if it is open, as Playbooks is accessed from a different area of the platform.
- From the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?), locate Recommended Playbooks to access the Playbooks feature.
- If your account has both advertiser and publisher roles available, switch between them using the role or account toggle in your settings and check whether Playbooks becomes visible under each role.
- If you still do not see Playbooks after checking across navigation sections and roles, it is possible the feature is not yet enabled for your account tier — proceed to the confirmation step below to rule this out.

- If you land on a page that mentions Publication Media or an external domain rather than remaining inside the Search Atlas platform, you may have followed an outdated link — navigate back to the main platform and use the in-app navigation instead of external URLs.
