📅 Onboarding Sessions, Training Options, and GBP Linking

🗺️ Overview This article covers two common questions from new Search Atlas users: how to book onboarding and training sessions, and how to resolve a silent failure when linking a Google Business Profile (GBP) in Brand Vault Locations. 📚 Available Training Session Types Search Atlas offers structured onboarding sessions to help you get started quickly. These are one-on-one (1:1) sessions with a Search Atlas specialist, booked inside the platform. The following session types are currently available: - OTTO Onboarding Session — Focused on setting up and using OTTO for website optimizations, deploying SEO automations, and understanding your optimization score. - Google Business Profile (GBP) Session — Covers connecting your GBP, managing location data in Brand Vault, and activating GBP-specific OTTO features. - General Search Atlas Onboarding — A platform-wide walkthrough covering core tools including the Content Planner, Site Auditor, Keyword Research, and Reporting dashboards. All sessions are led by Search Atlas team members and are available on every plan, including trials. 🔗 How to Book a Training Session Sessions are booked inside the platform through the embedded calendar at /onboarding-1on1. Follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Search Atlas account. 2. Navigate to /onboarding-1on1 within the platform to access the embedded calendar. 3. Select the session type that matches your current needs (OTTO, GBP, or General Onboarding). 4. Choose an available date and time slot, then complete your registration. 5. You will receive a confirmation email with the session link and any preparation instructions. If you cannot locate your welcome email or the booking link, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team who can send you the link directly. 📋 What Is Included in Standard Onboarding Standard onboarding sessions are one-on-one (1:1) calls with a Search Atlas specialist, booked inside the platform at /onboarding-1on1. Here is what is included and what falls outside the standard offering: - Included: Live group walkthroughs of platform features, Q&A time during the session, access to recorded replays (where available), and the ability to attend multiple session types. - Not included: Dedicated 1-on-1 strategy sessions, personalized account audits, or private guidance calls are not part of the standard onboarding package and are not currently offered as a scheduled service. If you have questions that are not addressed during your onboarding session, the fastest path to personalized help is the in-platform chat widget (see the Support section below). 🔧 Fixing the GBP Linking Issue in Brand Vault If your Google Business Profile connection appears to complete without errors but the status does not update to Connected, this is a known intermittent sync issue. Work through the following steps to resolve it: 1. Refresh the page — After the connection flow completes, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) and check whether the status has updated. 2. Wait and re-check — In some cases the status update is delayed by up to 5 minutes. Wait briefly, then revisit the Brand Vault Locations page. 3. Disconnect and reconnect — If the status still shows as not connected, click the option to disconnect the GBP listing, then repeat the connection steps from the beginning. Make sure you are authorizing with the Google account that has Owner or Manager access to the GBP listing. 4. Verify Google account permissions — Only Google accounts with Owner or Manager-level access to the Business Profile can be used to link. Viewer-level access will not work and may cause a silent failure. 5. Check for multiple Google accounts — If your browser is signed into more than one Google account, the OAuth flow may connect the wrong account. Sign out of all Google accounts, then sign back in with only the correct account before retrying. 6. Clear browser cache and cookies — Cached OAuth tokens can interfere with the connection. Clear your browser data, then attempt the connection again in a fresh browser session or an incognito window. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the status may need to be reset on the backend. 💬 Getting Additional Support For questions outside of scheduled sessions, or if your GBP status still does not update after following the steps above, our team is available directly inside the platform. Search Atlas Global Availability, White-Label, and GHL Integration

Who Can Use Search Atlas? Search Atlas is available to agencies and individual users worldwide, including clients based in the United Kingdom, the European Union, North America, Australia, and other regions. There are no geographic restrictions that prevent you from creating an account, onboarding clients, or accessing core platform features regardless of where you or your clients are located. All Search Atlas plans support international projects. You can track rankings, audit sites, and manage content for domains targeting any country or language. UK and EU Client Support If you work with UK-based or EU-based clients, Search Atlas fully supports your workflow. Here is how to get started: 1. Log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to Projects. 2. Create a new project and enter your client's domain. 3. When prompted to select a target location and search engine, choose the relevant UK or EU country (for example, United Kingdom – Google.co.uk or a specific EU country). 4. Set the target language to match your client's locale (for example, English – UK, French, German). 5. Save the project — rank tracking, site audits, and content tools will now operate within that regional context. This confirms that UK and EU client projects are fully supported on all plans. No additional eligibility steps are required. White-Label Capabilities Search Atlas offers white-label functionality that lets you present reports and deliverables under your own agency brand. White-label is available on eligible agency plans. To confirm whether white-label is included on your current plan or to enquire about enabling it, please reach out to the Search Atlas support team who can advise on your options. White-label reports can be shared directly with clients as branded deliverables, depending on your plan tier. GoHighLevel (GHL) Integration Search Atlas can be used alongside GoHighLevel (GHL) as part of your agency stack. A typical setup looks like this: 1. Use Search Atlas to run SEO audits, keyword research, and content creation for your clients. 2. Export reports or deliverables from Search Atlas (for example, as PDFs or data exports). 3. Import or embed those outputs into your GHL environment — for example, attaching reports to GHL contacts, opportunities, or campaigns. 4. Use GHL for client communication, CRM, and funnel management while Search Atlas handles the SEO and content side of your workflow. This complementary setup is fully supported. If you have questions about configuring Search Atlas within your GHL workflow, the support team can help. Need More Help? If you have questions about regional availability, white-label setup, or GHL integration that are not covered here, please contact the Search Atlas support team via the chat widget in your account and we will be happy to assist.
