⚙️ How to Set Up IndexNow for Bing
Setting up IndexNow for Bing involves connecting Search Atlas to your Bing Webmaster Tools account. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Search Atlas and navigate to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
- Select Integrations (or Site Settings) and locate the IndexNow section.
- Click Connect next to the Bing IndexNow option.
- You will be prompted to enter your Bing Webmaster Tools API key. To find this, log in to Bing Webmaster Tools, go to Settings → API Access, and copy your API key.
- Paste the API key into Search Atlas and select the site property you want to connect.
- Click Save to confirm the connection. Search Atlas will now automatically submit URLs to Bing via IndexNow whenever content is published or updated.
If you see an error during connection, double-check that the API key matches the correct Bing Webmaster Tools property and that the domain in Search Atlas matches the verified domain in Bing Webmaster Tools.
🏛️ What Is Brand Vault?
Brand Vault is your centralised library of brand assets inside Search Atlas. It stores logos, product images, team photos, and other visual resources so they can be referenced across your SEO campaigns, content, and reporting. Keeping Brand Vault complete and up to date helps Search Atlas better represent your brand identity in AI-powered features and content generation.
🖼️ How to Upload Images to Brand Vault
You can upload image assets to Brand Vault directly within Search Atlas. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Search Atlas and navigate to Brand Vault via the header apps-grid icon → More Features → Brand Vault.
- Click the Upload button (or the + icon) within the Brand Vault section.
- Select the image file(s) you want to upload from your device. Supported formats typically include JPG, PNG, SVG, and WebP.
- Once selected, the file will begin uploading. You can add a name or label to each asset for easy reference.
- Click Save or Confirm to finalise the upload. Your images will now appear in your Brand Vault library and be available for use across Search Atlas features.
If an upload fails, check the following:
- Ensure the file format is supported (JPG, PNG, SVG, or WebP).
- Check that the file size is within the allowed limit (typically under 10 MB).
- Try refreshing the page and uploading again.
