Hyperdrive Credits are the currency used to run AI-powered actions inside Search Atlas, including Local Citations. Your account displays a total credit balance, but the number of available credits at any given moment may appear lower than your total.
⚙️ Why Your Available Credits May Look Lower Than Your Total
If you notice a discrepancy between your total Hyperdrive Credits and your available credits — particularly after running a Citations scan — this is a known issue related to cached data. The available credit count can appear lower than expected while a scan or action is still in progress or while cached data is being processed.
This type of discrepancy is something our support team can investigate directly on your account. To get the fastest resolution, please have the following ready when you reach out:
- Your project or account name
- The approximate time you noticed the discrepancy
- Whether you had recently run a Citations scan or any other Hyperdrive-powered action
- A screenshot of your current credit balance if possible
🚀 Citations and Company Rebrands
If you are running Citations in connection with a company rebrand, credit discrepancies can sometimes surface during or after a scan. If your available credits do not look correct after launching a rebrand-related Citations scan, contact our support team so they can review your account and confirm everything is processing as expected.
