📊 Stop automated reports
To review and stop scheduled report emails, open Reports from the left sidebar. Find the relevant report and disable or remove its scheduled delivery. Review all reports, including those connected to inactive integrations, to prevent unwanted automated emails.
🗑️ Delete your account
Account deletion permanently removes your Search Atlas account and related data. Before requesting deletion, stop scheduled reports and save anything you need to keep.

- Open the account or workspace settings.
- Choose the account deletion option.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
Deletion may require background processing. During this process, some report or integration data may take time to finish being removed.
🔒 If you cannot log in
If you can still open the platform, use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner and type human teammate. Ask the team to help stop automated reports and process account deletion. Include the account or workspace name, the email associated with the account, and the report or brand name involved. Do not share your password.
✅ After deletion
Once deletion is complete, you should no longer receive account-related automated reports. If messages continue, provide the report name, recipient address, and approximate send time in the chat so the team can investigate.
