Some customers on the Platinum Summit plan with an active unlimited OTTO promotion find that the platform still enforces a hard project cap — preventing new OTTO projects from being created. This happens because of a sync issue between the billing system and the project creation gate. Your quota is correctly recorded in billing, but it has not been applied to the part of the system that controls project limits.

⚠️ How to Recognise This Problem

• Your billing page shows an active unlimited OTTO promotion.
• You receive an error such as "out of quota" when trying to create a new OTTO project.
• You are blocked at a hard project cap (for example, 3 projects) even though your plan should allow more.
• The OTTO SEO section of the platform reflects a limit rather than an unlimited quota.

🛠️ What You Should Do

Because this issue is caused by a backend sync problem, there are no settings you can change yourself to fix it. You will need our team to trigger a manual quota refresh on your account. Follow the steps below to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

1. Confirm your promotion is active. Before contacting support, check that your unlimited OTTO promotion is shown as active in your billing details. This helps our team verify your entitlement immediately.
2. Note the exact error. If you see an on-screen error message when trying to create a new OTTO project in Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation), make a note of it or take a screenshot. This speeds up diagnosis.
3. Contact our team via live chat. Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team. Share your account details and let them know you are seeing a quota cap despite having an active unlimited promotion.
4. Request a backend quota refresh. Ask the agent to escalate a quota refresh for your account. Our specialized team can push a backend update that syncs your billing entitlement with the project creation gate.
5. Confirm the fix. Once the refresh is applied, return to Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation) and attempt to create a new OTTO project. The block should be removed and your unlimited quota reflected correctly.
