🗺️ Overview

Search Atlas supports direct publishing integrations with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify through its built-in connector UI. If your site runs on a custom Node.js or Next.js backend, a native connector will not appear in the platform — this is expected behavior, not a bug.

This article explains what to do if you want to use Search Atlas AI tools with a custom Node.js or Next.js project, and how to get the right guidance from our team.

✅ What Is Supported Out of the Box

  • Search Atlas has native, built-in connectors for select platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
  • Custom backends — including Node.js and Next.js projects — do not have a dedicated connector in the platform UI.
  • Whether a custom integration is possible for your specific setup depends on your account plan and technical configuration.

📋 What to Prepare Before Contacting Support

To get accurate guidance as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready when you reach out:

  • Your Search Atlas account email and plan type.
  • A brief description of your Node.js or Next.js project (e.g. how it is hosted, whether it is a headless CMS setup, and what you are trying to publish).
  • What you have already tried within the Search Atlas platform (e.g. which connector options you explored).
  • Any error messages or unexpected behavior you have encountered, including the exact wording and when it occurred.

A member of our team will review your setup and confirm what integration options, if any, are available for your specific configuration.

If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
