Overview
The white-label add-on is an optional subscription that lets you brand Search Atlas reports and tools with your own logo and domain. If you no longer need this feature, you can remove it from your plan. This article explains how to approach cancelling the add-on and what to expect regarding billing.
What Is the White-Label Add-On?
The white-label subscription is a paid add-on separate from your core Search Atlas plan. It unlocks features such as:
- Custom branding on client-facing reports
- A branded domain for your workspace
- White-labeled dashboards shared with clients
Because it is billed as a standalone add-on, it appears as a separate line item on your invoice.
How to Remove the White-Label Add-On
To cancel the white-label add-on, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Billing (tabs: Plans & Top-ups, Services, Invoices, Activity Log). Look for the add-ons or extras area where your active add-ons are listed, and follow the on-screen options to cancel or remove the white-label subscription.
If you are unable to locate the cancellation option within your account settings, please reach out to our support team directly so they can remove the add-on on your behalf and review any associated charges.
Understanding Unexpected Charges
If you noticed an unexpected charge related to the white-label add-on on your account, it may be due to one of the following common reasons:
- Automatic renewal: The add-on may have renewed automatically at the start of a new billing period.
- Accidental activation: The add-on may have been enabled unintentionally during a plan change.
If you believe a charge was applied in error, attempt to cancel the add-on through your account settings first, then contact our support team to request a review of the charge. When escalating, please have the following ready:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- A description of when or how the add-on may have been activated
Important Things to Know Before Cancelling
- Removing the white-label add-on will disable custom branding features once the cancellation takes effect.
- Cancelling the add-on does not affect the rest of your Search Atlas subscription — your core plan, credits, and other features remain active.
- Refunds for add-on charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our billing team.

Additional Notes
Your white-label seat count was increased, either manually or as a result of adding a new client workspace. If you see an unexpected charge — such as a $34 white-label subscription increase — it is most likely tied to a seat or usage adjustment. Once removed, the add-on remains active until end of current billing period, then will not renew.
