📋 Overview of White Label Branding
When you enable white label branding for your Search Atlas account, your custom brand color replaces the default Search Atlas purple on the login and registration pages. This helps create a seamless experience for your clients when they first access the platform.
However, there are current limitations on where your custom color appears once users are logged into the dashboard.

These are the only pages where your white label brand color fully replaces the Search Atlas purple.
📊 Dashboard and Report Limitations
After logging in, the following elements retain the Search Atlas purple color regardless of your white label settings:
- Left sidebar navigation in the dashboard
- Generated reports
- Other dashboard interface elements
This is a known platform limitation. The purple color will stay in the left side menu navigation for the dashboard, and reports will continue to use Search Atlas branding colors.
👥 Admin vs Client View Differences
As an agency admin, you may see a mix of Search Atlas branding and your white label branding throughout the platform. This is expected behavior. Your clients will also see the Search Atlas purple in the dashboard navigation and reports, even though they access the platform through your white labeled login page.
🛠️ Platform Name Customization
While color customization is limited, you can customize the platform name that appears in place of "Search Atlas" (for example, changing "OTTO" to your preferred replacement name). This name change applies across the platform where the Search Atlas brand name would normally appear.
🚀 Future Improvements
Engineering tickets are currently open to add custom dashboard color support for white label accounts across multiple modules including Home Page, Authority, Smart Ads, and Local. These features are in development but do not have confirmed release dates.
