🔍 Why This Happens
If you joined a live training session and noticed other participants had named playbooks while your account only displays Recommended Playbooks on the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?), you are not missing a setting or experiencing a bug. Named playbooks are a VIP-tier feature. The generic Recommended Playbooks section appears on the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?) for standard-tier accounts, which have access to the playbooks area but not the pre-built VIP library.
🏷️ Account Tiers and Playbook Access
Content Genius uses two levels of playbook access depending on your account tier:
- VIP accounts — See a named playbook library populated with pre-built, ready-to-use playbooks curated by the Search Atlas team. These appear with descriptive titles inside the playbooks area.
- Standard accounts — See the Recommended Playbooks section on the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?). This area is active and functional, but it contains only the playbooks you create yourself. No pre-built library is included.
This is why live training participants on different account tiers see a different experience in the same session.
✅ How to Verify Your Account Tier
To check whether your account includes VIP status, review your original purchase confirmation email for the plan tier you enrolled on. If your plan name or tier is still unclear after checking your email, reach out to our support team through the chat widget — they can confirm your current tier and clarify what is included in your plan.
📂 Accessing the VIP Playbook Library
VIP accounts will see named playbooks listed in the playbooks area of Content Genius, ready to open and use. If your account is confirmed as VIP tier but you still see only the Recommended Playbooks section on the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?) with no pre-built entries, your account may not have been fully provisioned. In that case, please contact our support team so they can review your account directly and ensure your VIP library is enabled.
⚙️ Playbooks vs. Workflows: What Is the Difference?
Playbooks and workflows serve different purposes and are available to different account types. Playbooks (available to VIP accounts) provide pre-built, guided content sequences curated by the Search Atlas team. Workflows are a separate feature with their own scope and availability.
