This issue has been identified with UK-based GSC properties that revert to a disconnected status after an apparently successful connection attempt. The exact cause is under investigation by our engineering team.
⚠️ What to Have Ready When Escalating
Because this issue requires backend investigation, please have the following information available when you contact support:
- The name of the affected Search Atlas project.
- The exact UK GSC property URL as it appears in Google Search Console.
- The timestamp (date and approximate time) when the disconnection was last observed.
- Any error messages displayed on screen during or after the connection attempt.
- The Google account email used to authorise the GSC connection.
