Open Coworker from the left sidebar.

- Open Coworker from the left sidebar.
- Review the available conversation history and look for the chat using its topic or approximate date.
- Confirm that you are signed in to the same account and workspace where you originally started the conversation.
- If the conversation is not listed, refresh the page and check the history again.
- If it still does not appear, the chat is not currently available in that account or workspace. Contact a human teammate for help checking the conversation.
✅ How to Confirm It Worked
The fix is confirmed when your previous chat appears in Coworker and its messages load when opened. If it remains absent after checking the correct account and workspace, it cannot be confirmed as recovered from the available history.
