📋 How Brand Vault Works With Content Generator
Brand Vault is a domain-level brand profile that stores your business description, unique value proposition, brand identity, knowledge graph, and voice/tone template. When you create a content instance and select your domain, the Content Generator automatically links the Brand Vault attached to that domain and injects your voice profile, language default, and brand context into the AI generation prompt. You can also reassign Brand Vault to a different article after creation if needed.
🚀 Step-by-Step: Generating an Article With a Content Brief and Brand Vault

Create a content instance — Navigate to Left sidebar → Content → AI Content Templates.
Enter your article title/article prompt
Write up to 3 target keywords
Select your Brand Vault
**Select the content length
**Choose a content template

Send the input to begin keyword research and SERP analysis. This step takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.

Review the Headings Outline (your content brief) — Once it finishes, the system generates a structured headings outline with H1, H2, and H3 headers. This is your content brief. Review and approve it before generating the full article.

Generate the full article — Navigate to Left sidebar → Content → Content Genius and click Write an article. The article is built in the background using your approved outline and Brand Vault context. This step takes 2–3 minutes.
⚠️ Important Notes Before You Start
- You can add a maximum of 3 target keywords per content instance.
- Brand Vault is not where you upload a content brief. The headings outline (your content brief) is generated automatically by the system during the Information Retrieval step — you do not upload any external brief document. Brand Vault stores your brand voice and business context, which the AI uses to write in your style; the article structure itself comes from SERP and keyword analysis.
- After generation, the article enters an AI in progress state. It is not published automatically — you must review, edit if needed, and push it to your CMS as a separate step.
- Brand Vault is linked at the individual article level via your selected domain, not at the project level.
- Brand Vault's FAQ and Conclusion settings apply to full article generation. Note that these settings do not currently affect output produced by the inline Write with AI feature inside the editor.
