⚠️ Known Issue: Classic Report Builder Loading Problem
Before you begin, be aware of a known bug affecting the Classic Report Builder. The builder may hang, display an infinite loading spinner, or crash Chrome due to a race condition (known issue RB-1273).
💡 Workaround: If this happens, do not navigate to the report from within the app. Instead, reload the report URL directly in a new browser tab. This bypasses the race condition and allows the report to load correctly.
🖼️ Step 1 — Create SEO Reports with GSC Insights
GSC Insights is the starting point for generating visual report content inside Search Atlas.
1️⃣ Navigate to GSC Insights in your Search Atlas dashboard.
2️⃣ Click Export to PNG to capture a visual snapshot of the data.
3️⃣ Insert the exported image into a Word Doc, Google Doc, or PowerPoint as needed for your report format.

📋 Step 2 — Create a PDF Report from a PNG Export
Once you have exported your dashboard as a PNG, you can convert it into a clean PDF document using Google Docs — no additional software required.
1️⃣ Export your dashboard to PNG using the method above.
2️⃣ Open Google Docs and create a New Blank Document.
3️⃣ Go to Insert → Image → Upload from Computer and select your PNG file.
4️⃣ Crop and resize the image as needed to fit your report layout.
5️⃣ Go to File → Download → PDF Document (.pdf) to save the finished report.
💡 You can add text, headings, and commentary around the image in Google Docs before downloading — turning a simple screenshot into a fully contextualized client report.
📊 Step 3 — Convert a CSV Export to PDF
For reports built around raw data, the CSV-to-PDF workflow gives you full control over formatting and presentation.
1️⃣ Inside Search Atlas, click Export on the relevant data view (or Download .CSV in Report Builder).
2️⃣ Upload the CSV file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.

4️⃣ Go to File → Download → PDF Document (.pdf) to export the finished sheet as a PDF.
