- Open OTTO SEO → All Sites and select the site that should use the content.
- Open OTTO SEO → Knowledge Base.
- Split the trophy content into separate, focused chunks. Keep each chunk centered on one topic, question, instruction, or group of closely related facts.
- Create or add each chunk in the Knowledge Base, using a clear title and the complete text for that topic.
- Associate every chunk with the site you selected. Check the site name before saving so the content is not connected to a different project.
- Save the entries and repeat the process for the remaining chunks.
✅ How to Confirm It Worked
Confirm that each chunk appears in the Knowledge Base and shows the intended site association. Then return to OTTO SEO → All Sites, select that site, and run a scan. The scan should complete without an association error, confirming the site can process the connected content.
