🔍 Understanding the Problem
If you have multiple Keyword Rank Tracker projects set to run on a recurring schedule, you may notice they run on different days of the month. This can happen because each project's schedule may be tied to when it was originally created or last configured, rather than a single shared calendar date.
If your goal is to have all projects run on the same day each month, you can update the run schedule inside each project's settings individually.
🗺️ How to Navigate to Rank Tracker
Before adjusting any settings, make sure you are in the right place:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Keywords → Rank Tracker (Keyword Rank Tracker).
- Your list of Rank Tracker projects will appear on screen.
⚙️ How to Synchronize Project Run Dates
Follow these steps for each Rank Tracker project you want to align to the same run date:
- From your list of Rank Tracker projects, click on the project you want to update.
- Open the project's Settings.
- Locate the Run Frequency or Schedule section.
- Set the interval to Monthly and choose the specific day of the month you want the project to run (for example, the 1st of each month).
- Save your changes.
- Repeat these steps for each remaining project, selecting the same day of the month each time.
Once all projects have been updated to the same monthly run day, they will execute their tracking runs on the same calendar date going forward.
💡 Tips
- Choose a run day that gives you enough time to review results before any monthly reporting deadlines.
- If a project was recently created mid-month, its first run under the new schedule may occur sooner or later than expected — this will normalize from the following month onward.
- Keep a note of the project names you have updated so you can confirm all projects are aligned after the next scheduled run.
