Not every report in Search Atlas supports white-labeling out of the box. This article explains which reports can be white-labeled, which cannot, and how to use Report Builder as the recommended solution for delivering fully branded reports to your clients.
📋 White-Label Support by Report Type
Use the list below to quickly identify whether a report supports white-labeling.
- Report Builder (Custom Reports) — ✅ Full white-label support. You can apply your agency branding when building a custom report.
- Site Audit — Issues Page (public URL) — ❌ Not white-labelable. The shareable public URL for Site Audit issues displays Search Atlas branding and cannot be customized.
- Other technical reports — Not white-labelable as standalone exports. Use Report Builder to include that data in a branded report instead.
Summary: Report Builder is the only feature in Search Atlas that produces fully white-labeled, client-ready reports.
⚠️ Important Note on Site Audit Public URLs
When you share a Site Audit report using the public shareable link, that page is hosted by Search Atlas and displays Search Atlas branding. There is currently no option to apply white-label settings to this URL. If you need to share Site Audit findings with a client under your own brand, the correct approach is to recreate that report inside Report Builder.
🛠️ How to White-Label a Report Using Report Builder
Report Builder lets you combine data from multiple sources into a single branded report. Follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Reports to open Report Builder.
- Create a new report or open an existing one.
- Select the client project you want to report on.
- Use the template editor to add the data sections you need.
- Apply your agency branding using the available branding options in the report editor.
- Preview the report to confirm branding is applied correctly.
- Share or export the finished report to deliver it to your client.
