🎯 Overview
During your free trial you can still purchase credits for Data Aggregator and Network Submissions. Credits are separate from your trial subscription and let you submit business listings to major data aggregators and citation networks.
🛒 Step-by-Step Purchase Process
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar navigate to Local → Local Citations (Data Aggregator & Network Submissions).
- Open the Data Aggregator or Network Submissions tab.
- Click the Buy Credits button displayed near the credit balance.
- Choose the credit package you need (each aggregator submission costs 40 credits).
- Complete the payment flow using the on-screen payment form.
- Once payment succeeds, the credit balance updates immediately and you can start submissions.
💡 Important Notes
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain available after the trial ends.
- Credits are shared across Data Aggregator and Network Submissions.
- If the credit balance banner appears stale after purchase, refresh the page or wait a few minutes for the system to sync.
❓ Troubleshooting
- If the Confirm & Continue button does not respond, clear your browser cache or try an incognito window.
- If credits do not appear after a successful charge, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
