📋 What Information You Will Need
Before reaching out, gather the following details to help us process your request as quickly as possible:
- Invoice number(s) — You can find these on any invoice previously issued to your account.
- Registered company name — the full legal name as it should appear on the invoice.
- Registered business address — including street, city, postcode, and country.
- Company registration number — issued by your national business registry.
- VAT ID or tax identification number — if applicable in your country.
📝 How to Request a Reissued Invoice
Because this is a backend process, you will need to contact our team directly. Have your invoice number(s) and all the legal details listed above ready before reaching out.
Our team will reissue the invoice(s) and send the updated copies to the email address on your account. If you need the invoices sent to a different email address, let our team know when you submit your request.
