If your Agentic AI Summit gift link is displaying "already claimed," this is expected behavior — the link is single-use by design. Use the steps below to verify whether your 500 AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) credits are already on your account, or to request manual credit application from support.

📋 How the Summit Gift Link Works

Search Atlas provides each Agentic AI Summit attendee with a one-time gift link that grants 500 AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) credits upon redemption. The link can only be used once. Once the credits are applied to an account — whether by you clicking the link or by the Search Atlas team adding them directly — the link will display "already claimed" and cannot be used again. This is by design, not a system error.

⚠️ Why "Already Claimed" May Appear

This message can appear even if you have never clicked the link yourself. There are two common reasons:

  • You previously clicked the link and the 500 credits were already applied to your account.
  • The Search Atlas team proactively added the credits to your account directly. In this case, the link correctly blocks a second redemption to prevent duplicate credits.

✅ How to Confirm Your Credits Were Applied

  1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
  2. Navigate to the AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) quota or credits area of your dashboard (Left sidebar → Authority → QUEST AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility)).
  3. Check whether 500 AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) credits have already been added.
  4. If the credits are present, your gift was successfully applied and no further action is needed.
  5. If the credits are missing and the link still shows "already claimed," contact our support team via live chat. An agent will manually apply the 500 credits to your account.

ℹ️ What This Message Does Not Mean

  • "Already claimed" does not mean your credits are lost. If the credits are missing, our team can apply them manually.
  • Trying the link in a different browser or device will not change the result — once a link is flagged as claimed, it cannot be reactivated.
  • This message is not a bug or a system failure. It is the expected outcome of a successfully redeemed single-use link.
