What Is a Seminar Charge?
Search Atlas occasionally offers educational seminars and events. When you sign up for one of these, a separate one-time charge may be applied that is distinct from your regular platform subscription. These standalone payment transactions are processed differently from your standard plan billing.
How to Request a Refund
Because refund eligibility for seminar charges is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our billing team, the best way to get this resolved is to contact us directly. When you reach out, please have the following ready:
- Your account email address
- The exact charge amount and date
- Any transaction or receipt reference numbers from your email confirmation or bank statement
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
Having these details on hand will allow our team to locate your transaction and review your request as quickly as possible.
