📋 Understand the Refund Process
If you were charged after your free trial ended and have already canceled your paid subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days.
✅ Confirm Your Subscription Is Canceled
Before requesting a refund, ensure your paid subscription has been fully canceled. You can check this by clicking your Avatar (top-right) → Billing (Billing page).
🛠️ Request a Refund
If your subscription is canceled and you were charged, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team. Provide your invoice number (e.g., 88073) and confirm you want to keep the free version only.
⏱️ Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Expect the refund to appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
💡 Keep the Free Version
After the refund is processed, your account will remain on the free plan. You can continue using Search Atlas with free-tier features.
