📰 What happens after cancellation?
Cancelling your Search Atlas subscription does not automatically provide a publication status update. Publication work may already be in progress, so the status must be checked against the specific customer and order.
🔎 How to request an update
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the Search Atlas platform.
- Type human teammate to connect with our team.
- Provide the customer’s name, account email, and any available publication or order details.
- Ask for the current status of the US Today publication.
📋 Information we can verify
Our team can review the available order records and confirm whether the publication is pending, in progress, completed, or requires additional information. Updates depend on the publication’s current stage and the records associated with the account.
⚠️ If the customer no longer has access
A cancelled subscription may limit access to Search Atlas features and historical order information. The customer or an authorised account representative can still request a status review through the chat widget using the account details associated with the publication.
