📅 When Are Publisher Payments Processed?
Publisher payments at Search Atlas are processed on a monthly cycle. Payouts for the previous month's cleared earnings are issued during the first week of the following month.
For example, if you earned revenue in January, your payment will be processed during the first week of February.
⏱️ How Long Does It Take to Arrive?
Once a payment has been processed on our end, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. In most cases, funds arrive within a few business days of the processing date. Keep in mind that bank holidays and weekends may add extra time.
🔍 Why Your Payment May Still Be Pending
If your payment has not yet arrived, the most common reasons include:
- Processing window still open: If it is still within the first week of the month, your payment may not have been issued yet. Processing occurs during this window.
- Bank or transfer delays: Some financial institutions take additional business days to post incoming transfers.
- Payment details on file: Incorrect or outdated payout information can delay or prevent a transfer from completing.
- Minimum payout amount not reached: balances below the minimum payout amount are not included in a payout run and roll over to a future cycle.
✅ What to Check Before Reaching Out
Before contacting support, take a moment to verify the following:
- Confirm the payment period you are expecting — earnings from last month should arrive early in this month.
- Check that your payment method and account details in your publisher settings are correct and up to date.
- Allow the processing window plus a few business days to pass before assuming there is an issue.
- Check with your bank to see if a transfer is pending on their end.

If it is past the 15th of the month and you have not received your payment for the previous month, or if you have confirmed your payment details are correct and funds are still missing, please reach out to our team for investigation.
