Search Atlas allows users to pre-fill press release information using existing Brand Vault data associated with their projects. This helps speed up content creation and ensures consistency across brand assets.
🛠️ How Brand Vault Pre-Fill Works
During press release creation, users can select an OTTO/Brand Vault project or a GBP (Google Business Profile) project (if available). When selected, Search Atlas automatically pre-fills available Brand Vault information, which may include business or entity details, descriptions, and images.
⚠️ Important Knowledge Graph Note
Each press release gets its own per-release Knowledge Graph snapshot, seeded from your Brand Vault at creation time. Editing pre-filled information during press release creation only updates that press release's own snapshot — it does not write back to your shared Brand Vault. To update your Brand Vault data globally, edit it from the Brand Vault management area.
🔄 Switching Projects During Creation
Users can unselect a project, switch between the OTTO/Brand Vault project or a GBP project, and update pre-filled data accordingly — all without restarting the press release creation process.
To speed up press release creation and maintain consistency, Search Atlas allows you to pre-fill content using existing Brand Vault data linked to your projects. When you select an OTTO/Brand Vault project or GBP project during creation, relevant entity information such as descriptions or images can be automatically applied to your press release. This reduces repetitive data entry and helps ensure brand details remain consistent across distributions.
The Brand Vault integration is designed as a time-saving enhancement, giving you a strong starting point while still allowing you to customize each press release as needed. Any edits made during creation apply only to that press release's own Knowledge Graph snapshot, keeping your core Brand Vault data intact.
