🧭 Overview

OTTO SEO's Bulk Actions feature lets you select up to 100 tasks at once and generate AI suggested fixes in a single click. If you are managing hundreds of tasks, this workflow will save you significant time compared to handling each row individually. You can also use the Atlas Agent chat for broader guidance, but the built-in Bulk Actions feature is the fastest way to generate fixes at scale.

🗂️ Step 1: Open OTTO SEO

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. In the left sidebar, click OTTO SEO → SEO Automation (All Sites). The URL will change to /seo-automation-v3.
3. Select the project you want to work on from the project switcher at the top of the page.
4. You will land on the OTTO SEO task list, which displays all outstanding SEO tasks organised by category.

✅ Step 2: Select Multiple Tasks

1. Locate the checkbox column on the far left of the task list table.
2. Click the checkbox next to each task you want to include. You can select up to 100 tasks per batch.
3. To select tasks faster, use the Select All checkbox in the column header. This selects all tasks visible on the current page (up to 100 rows).
4. If you need to filter first, use the category filters or status filters above the task list to narrow results before selecting. This helps you target a specific task type, such as missing meta descriptions or broken headings, in one batch.

⚙️ Step 3: Generate AI Suggested Fixes in Bulk

1. Once your tasks are selected, a Bulk Actions toolbar will appear at the top or bottom of the task list.
2. Click the Bulk Actions button or dropdown.
3. Select Generate AI Suggested Fix from the available options.
4. Confirm the action when prompted. OTTO SEO will begin generating AI suggested fixes for all selected tasks simultaneously.
5. Wait for the generation to complete. Depending on the number of tasks selected, this may take a few moments. The task list will update automatically when fixes are ready.

🔄 Step 4: Handle More Than 100 Tasks

Because each batch is limited to 100 tasks, you will need to repeat the process if you have a larger volume, such as 500 tasks. Here is the most efficient approach:

1. Apply a filter to isolate a specific task category or status so your task list shows a manageable subset.
2. Select all tasks on the page using the header checkbox.
3. Run Generate AI Suggested Fix via Bulk Actions.
4. Once that batch is complete, clear the selection, move to the next page or adjust the filter, and repeat.
5. Continue until all task categories have been processed.

Working category by category keeps batches organised and makes it easier to review fixes before approving them.

If you prefer a conversational approach or need help deciding which tasks to prioritise, Atlas Agent can assist you directly inside the platform.

• Open the Atlas Agent chat panel within OTTO SEO.
• Ask Atlas Agent to identify high-impact tasks or suggest a processing order for your specific site.
• Atlas Agent can provide recommendations, but you will still use the Bulk Actions workflow described above to generate the actual fixes at scale.

Atlas Agent is a useful companion for strategy, but Bulk Actions is the primary tool for generating fixes efficiently across large task volumes.

✍️ Step 5: Review and Apply Fixes

1. After generation, each task will display its AI suggested fix in the task detail panel.
2. Review the suggestions to confirm they match your content style and SEO goals.
3. Use Bulk Approve (if available for your plan) to apply multiple accepted fixes at once, or approve them individually as needed.
4. Tasks that have been approved and applied will move to a Completed or Resolved status, keeping your task list current.

💡 Tips for Working With Large Task Volumes

• Filter before you select. Narrowing by category first ensures your 100-task batch is focused and easier to review.
• Work highest-impact tasks first. Prioritise tasks flagged as critical or those affecting your most-visited pages.
• Do not skip the review step. AI suggested fixes are a strong starting point, but a quick review ensures the output aligns with your brand voice and technical requirements.
• Check task status after each batch. Refreshing the list confirms that fixes generated correctly before you move to the next batch.
