A known bug in Local Heatmaps bulk edit mode causes Select All to skip business locations that have not yet been loaded — silently leaving them out of your bulk action. Use the workaround below to load all locations first; a fix is ready and will deploy shortly.
🔍 What's Happening
In Local Heatmaps bulk edit mode, clicking Select All captures only the business locations already rendered in the dropdown at that moment. Any locations sitting behind a Load More prompt are excluded without any error or warning. As a result, bulk actions — such as updating settings or running grid scans — may apply to fewer locations than you intended.
This affects any account that has more business locations than the initial dropdown load limit.
🛠️ Workaround Steps
Until the fix is deployed, follow these steps before clicking Select All:
- Open Local Heatmaps and enter bulk edit mode to display the business selector dropdown.
- Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and click Load More.
- Continue clicking Load More until no further results appear — this confirms all your business locations are now fully loaded.
- Click Select All. Every loaded location is now included in your bulk action.

A fix has been completed and will deploy shortly. Once live, Select All will automatically include all business locations regardless of how many require loading — no manual Load More steps will be needed. The update applies automatically and requires no action from you.
