If you have spent time building a polished report layout — custom widgets, branding, and section order — you may want to reuse that layout across multiple projects without rebuilding it from scratch. The ability to duplicate a report and reassign it to a different project in Report Builder is a feature that customers have requested.
Current Status
At this time, we are unable to confirm that a self-serve workflow for duplicating a report and reassigning it to a different project is available in Report Builder. This capability has been requested by customers, and our team is aware of the demand. We do not want to provide steps that may not match what you see in the platform, as this could cause confusion.
What to Do in the Meantime
- Check the platform directly: Log in to Report Builder and explore the options available on your existing reports (such as any action menus or settings panels) to see whether a duplicate or copy function is currently accessible in your account.
- Contact our support team: If you need this workflow confirmed or enabled for your account, reach out to our team with the name of the report you want to reuse and the project(s) you want to assign it to. We can check the current state of this feature and advise you on next steps.
- Have the following ready when you reach out: your project name(s), the name of the report you want to duplicate, and a brief description of the outcome you are trying to achieve.
