📤 How to Export LLM Visibility Data as CSV

This article explains how to locate and use the CSV export feature for your LLM Visibility data. If you've been looking for a download or export button and couldn't find it, follow the steps below to export your data directly from the platform.

🛠️ How to Export LLM Visibility Data as CSV

  1. Log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to the AI Visibility section from the left-hand sidebar (Left sidebar → AI Visibility).
  2. Open the specific LLM Visibility report you want to export (for example, your brand mentions or visibility score breakdown).
  3. Once the data table has loaded, look for the Download .CSV button (Reports → Report Builder) or the Export button on other pages — this is typically located in the upper-right area of the report panel, near the date range selector or filter controls.
  4. Click the Download .CSV button (in Reports → Report Builder) or the Export button on other pages. Your browser will download a .csv file that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

🔍 Troubleshooting

If you do not see an export button, try the following:

  • Make sure you have fully loaded the report by selecting a date range and waiting for the data table to populate — the export button may only appear once data is present.
  • Check that your account plan includes LLM Visibility data exports. Export availability may depend on your subscription tier.
  • Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache, as the button can occasionally fail to render on first load.
  • If the LLM Visibility section itself is not visible in your sidebar, confirm with your account owner that the feature is enabled for your workspace.

✅ What to Expect

Once exported, your LLM Visibility data will be available as a .csv file containing the visibility metrics and data points shown in the report. You can open and analyze this file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet tool.
