The engineering team has fixed the underlying model, but existing accounts may still need a manual restoration.
🛠️ How to Request Restoration
If your quota shows a limit instead of unlimited, you need to contact the Billing and Accounts team for a backend update. This cannot be done from the UI.
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Type human teammate to connect with a support agent.
- Provide your account email and mention that your Unlimited OTTO Google Ads add-on was removed and shows a campaign cap.
- Reference the $119.40 grandfathered rate if applicable.
- The agent will escalate to the Billing and Accounts team for review (typically within 24 working hours).
✅ Confirmation of Restoration
Once the backend team restores the add-on, you will see the up to 100 campaign quota reflected in your account. The support agent will confirm the change in the chat.
