🗂️ What Is the Bulk AI Writer?
The Bulk AI Writer lets you generate multiple blog articles at once — saving time when you need to produce content at scale. However, the number of articles you can create in a single bulk run depends on your available AI Premium Quotas and any additional credits you have purchased.
📊 How Quotas Are Consumed
Each article you generate in a bulk run consumes one AI Premium Quota. This means:
- Generating 10 articles at once uses 10 quotas.
- Generating 50 articles at once uses 50 quotas.
Before starting a bulk run, the system checks whether you have enough quotas to cover every article in that batch. If your available quota balance is lower than the number of articles you have queued, the system will block the run from starting.
⚠️ Why Your Bulk Run May Be Blocked
A common scenario: you have 90 AI Premium Quotas and you have also purchased additional credits, yet the system still prevents you from running a bulk job of 4–50 blogs. This usually happens for one of the following reasons:
- Purchased credits are a separate balance. Additional credits you buy may be stored in a different credit pool from your plan's AI Premium Quotas. The bulk writer draws from a specific quota type, so having extra credits in another pool does not automatically top up your available quota.
- Quotas are already reserved or partially used. If other projects, scheduled runs, or team members have consumed or reserved part of your 90 quotas, your effective available balance may be lower than expected.
- Batch size exceeds the current quota ceiling. Some plan tiers cap the maximum number of articles allowed in a single bulk run, independent of your quota balance. Check your plan's bulk limit before queuing a large batch.
🔢 How Many Quotas Do You Need?
The calculation is straightforward:
- Count the number of articles in your bulk upload.
- Make sure your available AI Premium Quota balance is equal to or greater than that number.
- If you are short, either reduce the batch size to match your current balance, or upgrade your quota allowance from the Billing section of your account.
For example, to bulk create 50 blogs in one run you need at least 50 available AI Premium Quotas in the correct quota pool at the moment you launch the job.
💡 Tips to Avoid Quota Errors
- Check your live quota balance on the Dashboard or Account Usage page before queuing a bulk job.
- Split large batches into smaller groups if your quota balance is limited — for example, run two batches of 25 instead of one batch of 50.
- If you purchased additional credits and they are not reflected in your AI Premium Quota pool, review the credit type in your Billing settings to confirm they apply to AI content generation.
- Quota balances typically reset on your monthly billing cycle date. Plan large bulk runs just after your reset date to take full advantage of your allowance.
🛠️ Checking Your Quota Balance
- Log in to Search Atlas.
- Click your Avatar in the top-right corner, then go to Billing → Plans & Top-ups.
- In the Content section, locate the AI Premium row (alongside AI Generation) to see your Total Quota, Recurring, and Non-Recurring balances.
- If additional credits appear in a separate line item, confirm with our support team which quota pool they apply to before planning a bulk run.
