In the Rank Tracker, there is a Track Local Pack toggle within the keyword settings. Some customers find that toggling this option off does not persist — when the setting is closed and reopened, it has reverted to its previous state.
This is a known platform issue and a fix is actively in development.

🛠️ Current Workaround
While a permanent fix is being developed, follow these steps to manage your Local Pack tracking as effectively as possible:
- Do not rely on the toggle to persist. Closing and reopening the setting will reset any change you made to the Track Local Pack toggle.
- Check your keyword tracking type after reopening the setting. If the toggle has reset, assume the change was not saved.
- Re-add keywords if needed. If keywords are not tracking under the expected type, removing and re-adding those keywords may allow them to pick up the correct tracking setting. Before doing this, note down the keywords so nothing is lost.

The engineering team has this issue logged and a fix is actively in development. When the fix is released, changes to the Track Local Pack toggle will be saved and retained correctly. No action is needed from you to receive this fix — it will be applied to your account automatically when released.
