Schema markup helps search engines better understand your pages and can improve how your content appears in search results. Search Atlas supports schema markup generation, a deployment workflow to push that markup to your site, and — for Webflow users — CMS sync capabilities to keep your content in sync with the platform. This article explains what is available so you know what to expect and how to get help if something is not working.
📋 Schema Markup Generation
Search Atlas includes tools for generating schema markup for your pages, including support for bulk generation across multiple pages at once. If you are not sure where to access the schema generation feature or which schema types are supported for your content, our support team can point you to the right place within your account.
When reaching out about schema generation, please have the following ready:
- The name of the project you are working in
- The URL or URLs you are trying to generate schema for
- The schema type you need (e.g. Article, Product, FAQ, LocalBusiness) if known
- A description of what you are seeing — including any error messages and the exact time the issue occurred
🔎 Schema Deployment Workflow
Once schema markup has been generated, Search Atlas provides a workflow for deploying it to your connected site. If you are experiencing issues with the deployment process — such as schema not appearing to deploy correctly or the workflow behaving unexpectedly — please contact support so the team can review your specific setup.
When reaching out about deployment, please have the following ready:
- The project name and the page URL(s) affected
- A description of the behavior you are seeing and when it started
- Any error messages shown, with timestamps if possible
🔗 Webflow CMS Sync
For users on Webflow, Search Atlas offers CMS sync capabilities that connect your Webflow CMS with the platform. If you need help setting up or troubleshooting the Webflow CMS sync integration, our support team can walk you through the process based on your account configuration.
When reaching out about Webflow CMS sync, please have the following ready:
- Your Webflow site URL and the project name in Search Atlas
- A description of what is not working as expected
- Any error messages and the time they occurred
