🔍 What's Happening
Grok data collection was discontinued on May 23, 2026. A display issue currently prevents the platform from fully removing Grok from its interface. The following behavior is expected and does not indicate a problem with your account or data:
- Brand Insights card: A Grok row appears but will remain permanently empty — no data will ever populate it.
- LLM Settings drawer: Grok appears as an option you can enable for a project. Enabling it will silently produce no data.
- TopicsDrawer platform filter and LLM tabs: Grok is listed as a selectable platform, but no results will be returned for it.
- Prompt Simulator: Grok appears as a selectable LLM option but produces no output when selected.
- Pricing page: Grok-related imagery or references may appear, but Grok tracking is discontinued and is not available on any plan tier.
All account types are affected by the display issues listed above.
🛠️ Workaround Steps
Until the fix is deployed, follow these steps to prevent empty results or wasted project configuration:
- Brand Insights: When viewing your Brand Insights, you may see a Grok data row. This row will remain permanently empty and will not populate with any data. You can safely disregard it when reviewing your insights from other sources.
- LLM Settings: Do not enable Grok tracking on any project, as it will not generate data regardless of your account plan. Continue using other available LLM options for your projects.
- TopicsDrawer and Prompt Simulator: When using the TopicsDrawer or Prompt Simulator, do not select Grok as a platform or LLM option. Exclude Grok from your platform filters and simulator sessions to ensure your results remain accurate.
- Pricing page: If you see Grok-related information on the pricing page, note that Grok tracking is discontinued on all plan tiers. Do not make plan changes based on Grok availability.

One platform status fix has been deployed. Our engineering team is actively working to remove Grok from all affected frontend surfaces (Brand Insights, LLM Settings drawer, TopicsDrawer, Prompt Simulator, and the pricing page). Your existing data, project configurations, and tracked keywords are not affected. This article will be updated once all fixes are deployed.
