Scheduled blog posts are managed from the Content Strategy section of the Home Dashboard. There is no separate page for scheduled posts — they appear as a filtered tab within that section.
🔍 How to Find Scheduled Posts
- Go to the Home Dashboard (URL:
/home). - Scroll down to the All Content Genius Articles section.
- Click the Scheduled tab.
The Scheduled tab shows all articles queued for future publication. Each article displays the CMS platform icons (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) with a tooltip showing "Scheduled for" followed by the date and time (e.g., Mon, Jun 18 · 10:30 AM). Articles that have not been scheduled yet show "Not Scheduled".
🏷️ Status Tabs Available
- Pending — Created but not yet generated
- Generated — AI content generated, not yet published
- Scheduled — Queued for future publication
- Published — Already live
⚙️ Filtering and Sorting
Within the Scheduled tab you can:
- Sort by: Most Recent, Least Recent, A–Z, Z–A
- Filter by CMS: All CMS, WordPress, or other connected platforms
- Paginate: Show 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100 articles per page
Additional Notes
Blog posts vs. Social Posts distinction: blog posts (articles, long-form content) are managed in Content Genius, NOT the Social calendar. If users were previously directed to the Social calendar when asking about blog posts, that was the wrong location.
