🔍 Overview
During your Search Atlas free trial you can still purchase credits for Data Aggregator and Network Submissions. Credits are consumed when you submit business listings to data aggregators or citation networks. This guide explains how to add credits without upgrading your plan.
⚙️ Prerequisites
- An active Search Atlas free trial account
- Access to the platform dashboard
- A valid payment method on file
🛒 Step-by-Step Purchase Process
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Open the left sidebar and click Local.
- Select Local Citations from the submenu.
- In the Local Citations dashboard locate the Data Aggregator or Network Submissions section.
- Click the Buy Credits or Add Credits button next to the credit balance display.
- Choose the number of credits you want to purchase. Each aggregator submission costs 40 credits.
- Review the order summary and confirm your payment method.
- Click Confirm and Pay to complete the purchase.
- After payment succeeds the credit balance updates immediately.
💡 Important Notes
- Purchasing credits does not end or convert your free trial.
- Credits are non‑refundable and do not expire.
- You can buy credits multiple times during the trial.
- If the Confirm and Pay button does not respond, refresh the page and try again.

- Credits not appearing: Wait a few minutes then refresh the Local Citations page.
- Payment declined: Verify your card details and billing address, then retry.
- Button unresponsive: Clear browser cache or try an incognito window.

Additional Notes
Credits are consumed only when you confirm and pay for a submission. Each aggregator submission consumes credits, so these actions are billed separately from your subscription. This is why you may see a prompt to purchase credits even though you are inside a free trial.
