Before diving in, here is a quick summary of what your Pro Account includes:
- AI Content Suite: Analyze and optimize up to 200 pages per billing cycle.
- Site Explorer Reports: Run up to 500 reports per billing cycle covering backlinks, organic traffic, and competitor insights.
- Report Builder: Create, schedule, and share professional SEO reports using data from both tools.
These limits reset automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. You can monitor your usage at any time from within the platform.
🛠️ How to Access the Report Builder
Follow these steps to open the Report Builder and start creating reports:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, click Reports.
- You will land on the Report Builder projects list at /report-builder/projects-list.
- Click + Create to start a new report project.
From this view you can also open a report and use Reports → [Report] (Executive Summary) → Refresh Summary on existing reports, Download .CSV exports, set up Automated email reports, or switch to the Classic view if preferred.
📝 Setting Up a Report Using AI Content Suite (Up to 200 Pages)
The AI Content Suite helps you audit and optimize individual pages at scale. To use it within your reporting limits:
- Open the Report Builder and click + Create.
- Select the project or website you want to analyze.
- Choose AI Content Suite as your data source when prompted.
- Add the pages you want to include. You can add up to 200 pages per cycle across all projects.
- Configure your report settings — choose metrics, date ranges, and layout preferences.
- Click Save to generate the report or schedule it for automated delivery.
Tip: Prioritize your highest-traffic or most strategically important pages first to get the most value from your 200-page limit.
🌐 Setting Up Site Explorer Reports (Up to 500 Reports)
Site Explorer lets you dig into backlink profiles, keyword rankings, and competitor data. To run Site Explorer reports under your Pro limit:
- Open the Report Builder and click + Create.
- Select Site Explorer as your data source.
- Enter the domain or URL you want to explore.
- Choose the report type — backlinks, organic keywords, top pages, or competitor comparison.
- Set your preferred filters and date range.
- Click Save or schedule the report for recurring automated delivery.
Each query you run counts toward your 500 Site Explorer report limit for the billing cycle. Running the same report multiple times or refreshing data will count as additional uses, so plan your queries strategically.
📅 Automating Your Reports
Save time by scheduling reports to run and deliver automatically:
- In the Report Builder projects list, open an existing report or create a new one.
- Click Automated email reports from the action menu.
- Set your preferred delivery frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Enter the recipient email addresses.
- Save your schedule.
Automated reports do count toward your monthly limits, so factor scheduled runs into your total usage.
