🚫 Managing Negative Keywords in OTTO PPC for Standalone Google Ads Accounts
Managing negative keywords in OTTO PPC is fully supported for standalone Google Ads accounts — no linked Search Atlas business required. Connect your Google Ads account directly to OTTO PPC to access the features below. ✅ Available Features for Standalone Accounts The following features are available as soon as your Google Ads account is connected: - Negative Keyword List — View all negative keywords currently applied across your account and campaigns, including both account-level and campaign-level entries. - Insights — See negative keyword opportunities flagged by OTTO PPC from your campaign performance data. - Pending Review — Approve or dismiss OTTO PPC's keyword recommendations before they go live. Note: The Negative Keyword Analyzer — which generates AI-powered suggestions using your business and product context — requires a linked Search Atlas business. Standalone accounts can view and act on existing insights but cannot run a fresh analysis. 📋 What a Standalone Google Ads Account Is A standalone Google Ads account is a Google Ads account connected to OTTO PPC directly, without linking it to a Search Atlas business. All your campaigns are visible inside OTTO PPC, and most Negative Keywords features are available immediately. 🧭 How to Open the Negative Keywords Section 1. Go to Ads in the left-hand navigation (OTTO PPC). 2. Select your standalone Google Ads account from the account switcher at the top of the page. 3. Click Negative Keywords in the OTTO PPC menu. The Negative Keywords page (Ads → Negative Keywords) opens and shows a Campaign Type filter, Bulk actions, and the columns STATUS, ACTIVE, AWAITING REVIEW, SAVINGS (30D), and PROTECTION. 💡 How to Review and Queue Negative Keyword Insights 1. Click the Insights tab on the Negative Keywords page. 2. Review flagged opportunities. Each row shows the keyword, match type, and the affected campaign or ad group. 3. Select the checkboxes next to the keywords you want to act on. 4. Click Add to Pending Review to queue them for approval. Selected insights move immediately to the Pending Review tab for final approval. ☑️ How to Approve or Dismiss Pending Recommendations 1. Click the Pending Review tab on the Negative Keywords page. 2. Review each recommended negative keyword and its target campaign or ad group. 3. Select the keywords you want to apply and click Approve, or click Dismiss to remove a recommendation without applying it. Approved negative keywords are pushed to your Google Ads campaigns immediately. Dismissed recommendations are removed from the queue and cannot be restored — re-add them from the Insights tab if needed. 🛠️ Common Issues and Fixes 🔒 The Negative Keyword Analyzer is greyed out The Negative Keyword Analyzer is disabled for standalone accounts because it requires a linked Search Atlas business to generate contextual AI suggestions. If the button appears greyed out or unclickable, your account is running in standalone mode. To enable it, link your Google Ads account to a Search Atlas business — see Connecting a Google Ads Account to a Search Atlas Business. ⏳ Approved keywords are not appearing in Google Ads OTTO PPC pushes approved negative keywords to Google Ads immediately after approval. If a keyword does not appear within a few minutes, check the following: - Refresh the Negative Keywords page (Ads → Negative Keywords) in OTTO PPC and confirm the keyword status shows Active. - In Google Ads, navigate to the exact campaign or ad group level where the keyword was targeted. - Confirm the correct Google Ads account is selected in the OTTO PPC account switcher. If the keyword is still missing after 10 minutes, contact support and provide the keyword, match type, and target campaign so the team can investigate the sync status. ↩️ A recommendation was dismissed by mistake Dismissed recommendations are permanently removed from the Pending Review queue. To recover one, return to the Insights tab, locate the keyword, and re-add it to Pending Review. If it no longer appears in Insights, add the negative keyword directly in Google Ads or wait for OTTO PPC to resurface it from new performance data. 🔎 Understanding negative keyword match types Each insight includes a recommended match type. OTTO PPC supports all three Google Ads negative keyword match types: - Broad match — Prevents ads from showing for any search containing all keyword terms in any order. - Phrase match — Prevents ads for searches that contain the exact phrase. - Exact match — Prevents ads only for searches that exactly match the keyword. Review match types carefully before approving — selecting an overly broad match type can inadvertently block relevant, converting traffic. 📊 Account-level vs. campaign-level negative keywords The Negative Keywords page (Ads → Negative Keywords) displays both account-level and campaign-level negative keywords in a single view. Account-level keywords apply across all campaigns; campaign-level keywords apply only to the specified campaign. Each row is labelled with its scope, making it easy to identify which negative keywords have the broadest impact on your account. 🎯 To unlock the Negative Keyword Analyzer and run AI-powered suggestions, link your Google Ads account to a Search Atlas business — see Connecting a Google Ads Account to a Search Atlas Business for next steps.

This is one of the most frequently asked questions, so here is a direct and transparent answer: exact competitor ad spend figures are not available in Search Atlas or OTTO. This is a platform-wide limitation — and an industry-wide one. No SEO or PPC tool can access the precise budget a competitor spends on Google Ads. Google does not make that data publicly available to third-party platforms. However, Search Atlas does give you powerful competitive intelligence that helps you make informed decisions without needing exact spend numbers: - Competitor Ad Keywords: See which keywords your competitors are bidding on inside the Site Metrics tools. - Ad Copy Analysis: Review the actual ad creatives your competitors are running to understand their messaging strategy. - Traffic Value Estimates: Use Site Metrics to gauge the estimated organic and paid traffic value of competitor domains — a useful proxy for overall investment level. - Keyword Gap Analysis: Navigate to Left sidebar → Keywords → Keyword Gap to discover paid keyword opportunities your competitors are targeting that you are not. These signals together paint a strong competitive picture even without a precise spend figure. 🚀 When Will Meta Ads Be Available? Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising) is on the Search Atlas product roadmap and is planned for a future release. As of the last update to this article, Meta Ads is not yet live inside OTTO. Here is how to stay informed about its launch: - Watch for in-platform announcements — Search Atlas posts feature release notes and roadmap updates directly inside the dashboard. - Check the Search Atlas blog and changelog for major feature announcements. - If Meta Ads is a priority for your workflow, let our team know via the chat widget — customer demand helps shape release prioritisation. ⚙️ Quick Reference: What Google Ads Features Are Live in OTTO? 🚀 OTTO PPC Campaign Hub Major Update
OTTO PPC has received a comprehensive upgrade to the Campaign Hub, introducing account-level campaign management, brand association controls, bulk actions, and live KPI cards — giving you more visibility and control over your paid search campaigns from a single, unified interface. ✨ What's New The Campaign Hub has been rebuilt with a powerful set of new capabilities: - Account-level campaign view: The Campaign Hub now displays campaigns at the account level, with a dedicated Brand column so you can instantly see which brand each campaign is linked to. - Brand association controls: You can now link campaigns to brands directly from the hub. Clicking anywhere on an unlinked campaign row opens the link-brand modal, making association faster and more intuitive. The brand list refreshes automatically after linking. - NK (Negative Keyword) toggle: A new per-row NK toggle lets you enable or disable auto-negation for individual campaigns. Toggling it automatically recalls the KPI endpoint to reflect updated performance data. - Bulk actions: Select multiple campaigns and apply actions in a single step, saving time when managing large accounts. - KPI cards: Live KPI cards are now displayed at the top of the Campaign Hub, surfacing key performance metrics at a glance via direct API integration. - UI and responsiveness improvements: Button colors, conversions sorting, column truncation, drill-in UI, column widths, and overall table responsiveness have all been refined for a cleaner experience. - Auto-run background account audit: When a new account is connected, OTTO PPC automatically kicks off a background audit. Recrawl cadence is now cost-aware, reducing unnecessary API usage. - Dynamic playbook messaging: Agent run messages now use the actual playbook description instead of a hardcoded prompt, making automation context more accurate and transparent. 🛠️ How to Use It 1. Navigate to OTTO PPC and open the Campaign Hub. 2. Review the account-level campaign table, which now includes a Brand column alongside your campaign metrics and KPI cards at the top. 3. To link a campaign to a brand, click anywhere on an unlinked campaign row to open the Link Brand modal, select the appropriate brand, and confirm. 4. To enable or disable auto-negation for a campaign, use the NK toggle on that campaign's row — KPI data will refresh automatically. 5. To perform bulk actions, check the boxes next to the campaigns you want to manage, then select the desired action from the bulk actions menu. 6. When connecting a new PPC account, the background audit will start automatically — no manual trigger is required. 📋 What to Expect - The default date filter in the Report & Audit section is now Last 30 Days (previously Last 7 Days), providing a broader baseline view by default. - The campaign performance table now loads correctly on initial navigation — a prior bug preventing the API from firing on first visit has been resolved. - The infinite API loop that occurred when switching to the Ad Group tab in Campaign Performance has been fixed. - Various Campaign Hub display issues have been corrected, including column width inconsistencies and truncation behavior on longer campaign names. - Brand list and KPI data refresh automatically when brands are linked or the NK toggle is changed, so the data you see is always current. 🐛 OTTO PPC Daily Spend KPI Now Updates Correctly
A bug has been fixed in OTTO PPC where the Daily Spend KPI would not update after a campaign's budget was increased, causing the displayed spend data to appear stale or inaccurate. ✨ What's New The Daily Spend KPI now correctly refreshes and displays updated spend values whenever a campaign's budget is increased. Previously, after adjusting a campaign's budget upward, the Daily Spend KPI on the dashboard would remain unchanged, preventing users from seeing an accurate reflection of their current spend relative to the new budget. This fix ensures the KPI responds in real time to budget changes, giving you reliable data at a glance. 🛠️ How to Use It 1. Navigate to OTTO PPC in your Search Atlas dashboard. 2. Select the campaign whose budget you want to adjust. 3. Increase the campaign's budget and save your changes. 4. Return to the campaign overview to confirm the Daily Spend KPI now reflects the updated budget correctly. 📋 What to Expect No action is required on your part — the fix has been applied automatically. Going forward, the Daily Spend KPI will update as expected whenever a campaign budget is modified. If you had previously noticed discrepancies in your spend data following a budget increase, those values should now display accurately upon your next visit or refresh. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
OTTO PPC KPI Alerts for Campaign Performance
OTTO PPC now includes KPI Alerts, a new notification system that warns advertisers when a campaign begins to deviate from its performance targets. This means faster response times when campaigns need attention. ✨ What's New KPI Alerts give advertisers automatic notifications when key performance indicators fall outside expected thresholds. OTTO PPC monitors your campaigns and sends alerts when something drifts off target. This helps keep your advertising spend efficient and your campaigns performing at their best. 🛠️ How to Use It 1. Log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to OTTO PPC. 2. Open the campaign you want to monitor. 3. Locate the KPI Alerts options for that campaign and configure your alert preferences according to the available settings. 4. Once configured, monitoring will activate and you will receive notifications when a campaign metric drifts beyond your defined thresholds. 📋 What to Expect Alerts are triggered automatically based on the thresholds you configure — no manual checks required. Notifications will appear within the platform to flag campaigns that need your attention. Review your alert settings periodically as campaign goals evolve over time. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
🔍 Campaign Audit Scope: What Campaigns Are Supported
🗺️ Overview Campaign Audit in Search Atlas only analyses campaigns that were created directly inside Search Atlas. If your campaign was set up in Google Ads and you connected your account afterward, Campaign Audit will not display any data for that campaign. This is a scope limitation, not a bug or connection error. ✅ Which Campaigns Does Campaign Audit Support? Campaign Audit supports campaigns that meet all of the following conditions: - The campaign was built inside Search Atlas using the Campaigns tool. - The campaign has been launched and is active within the platform. Campaigns created externally — in the Google Ads interface, Google Ads Editor, or via the Google Ads API — are not supported by Campaign Audit, even if the same Google Ads account is connected to Search Atlas. ❌ Why External Google Ads Campaigns Don't Appear Campaign Audit is designed to audit the structure, settings, and performance of campaigns it directly manages. Because Search Atlas does not control the configuration of externally created campaigns, it cannot reliably audit or surface data for them. Connecting your Google Ads account allows Search Atlas to run and manage new campaigns, but it does not import or audit pre-existing campaigns from Google Ads. 🛠️ How to Check Where Your Campaign Was Created 1. Navigate to the Campaigns section inside Search Atlas. 2. Review the list of campaigns shown. Only campaigns visible here were created in Search Atlas and are eligible for Campaign Audit. 3. If your active campaign does not appear in this list, it was created outside of Search Atlas and will not be audited. 📊 How to Audit a Campaign Created in Google Ads If you want Campaign Audit data for an existing campaign, the recommended approach is: - Recreate the campaign in Search Atlas: Build the campaign from scratch inside the platform using the Campaigns tool. Once launched, Campaign Audit will begin tracking it. 💡 Tips for Getting the Most From Campaign Audit - Start new campaigns inside Search Atlas to ensure full audit coverage from day one. - If you are unsure whether a campaign qualifies for Campaign Audit, check whether it appears in your Search Atlas Campaigns list before troubleshooting further. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
📊 Understanding Conversions, CPA, and Lead Tracking
📌 What Is a Conversion in Search Atlas? In Search Atlas, a conversion is any action a user takes that you have defined as valuable — tracked via your connected ad platform (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads). Common conversion events include form submissions, phone calls, button clicks, purchases, and sign-ups. Important distinction: A conversion records the moment a prospect takes a desired action (for example, submitting a contact form). It does not automatically mean that person has become a paying client. Whether a conversion counts as a lead or a closed sale depends entirely on how you have configured your conversion actions inside your ad platform. 🎯 How Conversions Relate to CPA Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is calculated by dividing your total ad spend by the number of recorded conversions in a given time period. - CPA = Total Spend ÷ Number of Conversions - CPA reflects the cost to generate one conversion event — not necessarily one closed deal. - If your conversion action is a lead form submission, your CPA is your cost per lead. - If your conversion action is a purchase or checkout completion, your CPA is your cost per sale. This means your CPA metric is only as accurate as your conversion definition. Defining the right conversion action upfront is essential to getting meaningful CPA data. 🔀 Lead vs. Paying Client — What Gets Tracked Search Atlas surfaces the conversion data reported by your connected ad platforms. It does not automatically track what happens after a conversion — for example, whether a lead progressed through your sales process and became a paying client. - Lead: A prospect who has completed a conversion action (form fill, call, sign-up). This is what your ad platform counts and reports back to Search Atlas. - Paying client: A lead who has gone on to purchase your product or service. This stage typically happens offline or in a CRM, outside of standard ad-platform tracking. To bridge this gap, you can configure offline conversion imports directly within Google Ads or Meta Ads. Once set up in those platforms, that downstream data (such as closed deals) will flow through to the performance data visible in Search Atlas. ⚙️ How to Get Accurate Conversion Tracking Because Search Atlas relies on the conversion actions you define in your connected ad platforms, the following steps will help ensure your data is accurate: 1. Log in to your Google Ads or Meta Ads account and review your active conversion actions. 2. Confirm that each conversion action is labeled accurately — for example, Lead Form Submit versus Purchase Complete. 3. If you want to track post-lead outcomes (such as closed sales), set up offline conversion imports within your ad platform so that data flows into Search Atlas. 4. Review your conversion data regularly in Search Atlas to ensure the numbers align with your business goals. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
📊 Why Google Ads Copy Differs
🔍 Why the copy may look different Campaign Hub shows the ad assets configured in Search Atlas, while Google decides how eligible assets are combined and displayed. As a result, the live ad may not match the preview word for word. For responsive search ads, Google can select different headlines and descriptions for each search. The preview may show only the first two eligible assets, not every possible combination. Device, audience, search query, location, and available ad space can also affect which copy appears. ✅ What the preview confirms - The number of configured ads is correct. - The campaign contains the headlines and descriptions saved in Campaign Hub. - The preview represents an example arrangement, not a guaranteed live rendering. 🛠️ How to verify the deployed copy 1. Open the relevant project and go to the PPC or Campaign Hub area. 2. Compare the headlines and descriptions listed in Campaign Hub with the assets shown in Google Ads. 3. Check that you are viewing the same campaign, ad group, market, and landing page. 4. Confirm that the campaign was successfully deployed and that no recent edits are still processing. 5. Review the ad in Google Ads after propagation. Google may continue testing different asset combinations after deployment. ⏳ Allow time for updates Changes may not appear immediately in Google Ads. Google needs time to process updates, review ads, and begin serving the revised assets. Avoid comparing results during the initial processing period or immediately after a new deployment. 📈 Performance Max considerations Performance Max campaigns combine text, images, logos, and other assets across Google placements. The visible copy and layout can vary substantially by placement. The Search Atlas preview is therefore an example of the configured assets, not a guarantee of the exact appearance on every placement. 🚨 When to request help If an asset saved in Campaign Hub is missing from the deployed Google Ads campaign, the wrong campaign or ad group is updated, or an outdated asset remains after processing, record the project name, campaign name, affected asset, and deployment time. This information helps our team investigate the issue quickly. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
⚠️ OTTO PPC Standalone Mode — What Works Today
⚠️ OTTO PPC Standalone Mode — What Works Today Some OTTO PPC tools can be used in standalone mode, meaning they only require a connected Google Ads account — without a fully configured Search Atlas business profile. Other tools still require a complete business profile setup before they can function. 🧠 Understanding which tools are available in standalone mode can save you significant troubleshooting time and help you get started with PPC automation even before your full business profile is configured. 🔌 What Is Standalone Mode? Standalone mode allows certain OTTO PPC tools to operate using only a connected Google Ads account. This is useful if you have not yet completed the full Search Atlas business profile setup but still want to access PPC reporting and keyword management features through MCP. ⚠️ Not all OTTO PPC tools support standalone mode. Some require a fully configured Search Atlas business profile because their underlying APIs depend on account-level data that only becomes available after full profile setup. ✅ Tools Available in Standalone Mode ✅ Reports — Fully available in standalone mode. Backend support for ads_account_id has shipped, so Reports can be used with only a connected Google Ads account. 📊 OTTO PPC Search Term Waste: Match Type Severity Tiers
OTTO PPC classifies low-performing search terms at two severity levels — red for broad match and yellow for phrase or exact match — and recommends a different action for each. This article explains what each color tier means and the steps you should take to resolve flagged waste. 📋 What Is Search Term Waste in OTTO PPC? Search Term Waste refers to ad spend on search terms that are not converting or are performing below your target thresholds. OTTO PPC identifies these terms in the Search Term Waste audit table and assigns a severity level so you can prioritize which issues to fix first. 📊 How Match Type Determines Severity When OTTO PPC identifies a low-performing search term, it checks the match type of the keyword that triggered that term. Match type controls how broadly your keyword can match user queries: - Broad match: your keyword can activate ads for a wide range of loosely related queries. - Phrase match: your keyword triggers queries that contain your keyword phrase in the same order. - Exact match: your keyword triggers only queries that match it precisely. Because broad match keywords can generate spend across far more unrelated queries, OTTO PPC assigns a higher severity when the triggering keyword uses broad match. 🔴 Red Severity — Broad Match Waste A red severity flag means the low-performing search term was triggered by a broad match keyword. Broad match is the most permissive match type and the highest-risk source of wasted spend, so red-severity items require immediate attention. What to do with a red-severity term 1. Review the flagged search term and confirm it is irrelevant or underperforming against your targets. 2. Add the search term as a negative keyword to stop future spend on it. 3. Consider narrowing the triggering keyword's match type from broad to phrase or exact to reduce similar waste on future queries. Addressing red-severity items first delivers the largest reduction in wasted ad spend. 🟡 Yellow Severity — Phrase and Exact Match Waste A yellow severity flag means the low-performing search term was triggered by a phrase match or exact match keyword. These match types are more controlled, so the risk is lower — but the term is still consuming budget without sufficient return. What to do with a yellow-severity term 1. Review the flagged search term to confirm it is underperforming against your targets. 2. Add the search term as a negative keyword if it is clearly irrelevant to your offering. 3. If the term shows some conversion potential, adjust your bid strategy or ad copy before excluding it entirely. Yellow-severity items represent a secondary pass — resolve red items first, then work through yellow to fine-tune campaign efficiency. 🛠️ How to Review Search Term Waste in OTTO PPC 1. Open OTTO PPC and navigate to the Search Term Waste audit table. 2. Locate the Severity column — red flags indicate broad match waste, yellow flags indicate phrase or exact match waste. 3. Sort or filter by severity to prioritize red-severity items first. 4. Select any flagged term to view its triggering keyword, the keyword's match type, and OTTO's recommended action. 5. Apply the recommended action — add as a negative keyword or adjust the match type — directly from the audit table. The audit table updates automatically after you apply an action, so your remaining item count reflects only unresolved waste. 🎯 You now know how OTTO PPC's match-type severity tiers help you prioritize Search Term Waste — tackle red-severity broad match items first for the highest budget impact, then work through yellow-severity phrase and exact match terms to sharpen campaign performance.
📋 Load More Results in OTTO PPC Dropdown Search Bars
OTTO PPC dropdown search bars now include a Load More option so you can browse beyond the initial results without typing exact names to locate campaigns, keyword lists, or report segments. 📋 Where the Load More Option Appears The Load More option is available across the following OTTO PPC dropdown search bars: - Campaign Hub — browse and select campaigns - Performance View — filter by campaign or ad group - Negative Keywords — look up keyword lists or campaigns - Reports — select campaigns or segments for reporting Load More is fully available for users with imported businesses. For standalone (connect-only) users — those who have connected a Google Ads account without importing an OTTO business — the updated behavior in Negative Keywords and Reports is part of an in-progress rollout and may not yet be live in your account. ⚙️ How to Use Load More in an OTTO PPC Dropdown 1. Click any dropdown search bar in OTTO PPC (Campaign Hub, Performance View, Negative Keywords, or Reports). 2. Type a partial name to filter results, or leave the field blank to browse all available items. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown list. 4. Click Load More to fetch the next batch of results. 5. Continue clicking Load More until you find the item you need. Results load in batches each time you click Load More. There is no fixed display limit — keep clicking until all available items have been loaded. ⚠️ What Changed from the Previous Behavior Previously, OTTO PPC dropdown search bars showed a limited number of results with no way to access items beyond that limit. If a campaign, keyword list, or report segment did not appear in the initial results, typing an exact or near-exact name was the only option to surface it. With Load More, you can now browse all available items without knowing the exact name in advance. 👥 Notes for Standalone (Connect-Only) Users If you have connected a Google Ads account but have not imported an OTTO business, your interface differs from the imported-business experience: - The toolbar does not include the Business chip. - In Campaign Performance, filtering is done by Campaign Type instead of by Business. - The Load More rollout for Negative Keywords and Reports is still in progress for standalone users — behavior in those areas may not yet match what is described above. 🐞 Known Issue: Pagination Bar on Campaign Performance On Campaign Performance, the pagination and navigation bar may disappear on the last page when fewer than 6 rows are displayed. A fix is in progress. 💡 Tips for Searching Large Result Sets - Type a partial campaign name or keyword before clicking Load More to narrow the list — this reduces the number of additional loads needed. - If you already know the exact name, typing it directly remains the fastest way to locate a specific item. - Load More works the same way whether or not you have entered a search term in the dropdown. 🎯 You can now browse all available campaigns, keyword lists, and report segments in OTTO PPC without hitting a result cap — click Load More at the bottom of any dropdown to keep browsing, or combine it with a partial search term to find items faster.
⚠️ OTTO PPC Audit Section Displays N/A in the All Campaigns View
Status: Known issue — workaround available. If the Audit section in OTTO PPC shows N/A across every pillar and the AI Summary when the All Campaigns view is selected, switch to an individual campaign to restore full audit data immediately. This is a confirmed bug in Search Atlas currently under investigation. ⚠️ What the N/A Issue Looks Like The OTTO PPC Audit section defaults to an All Campaigns view designed to aggregate data across every connected campaign. The Audit section scores your campaigns across pillars — Budget, Quality Score, and Bidding are the primary examples — and generates an AI Summary of recommendations from those scores. When this issue is present: - Every audit pillar — including Budget, Quality Score, and Bidding — shows N/A instead of a score or recommendation. - The AI Summary shows N/A with no generated insights. - Switching between pillar tabs does not change the result — all tabs remain N/A. - The problem is isolated to the All Campaigns view. Selecting an individual campaign resolves the display immediately. 🛠️ How to Restore Audit Data Right Now 1. Open OTTO PPC and navigate to the Audit section. 2. Click the campaign selector dropdown — it defaults to All Campaigns. 3. Select any individual campaign from the list. 4. The audit pillars and AI Summary populate with data for that campaign. Repeat for each campaign you need to review. All per-campaign audit data is fully accessible using this method. 📋 Root Cause and Fix Status The Audit section fails to aggregate and render data when All Campaigns is selected. The audit engine returns no results for the combined view, causing every pillar and the AI Summary to fall back to N/A. Aggregated All Campaigns audit is an intended feature on the OTTO PPC roadmap — a confirmed fix has not yet shipped at the time of writing. If a new build has been released since you last loaded Search Atlas, perform a hard refresh to ensure you are on the latest version — press Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac — then check the Audit section again. Note for standalone (connect-only) campaigns: OTTO PPC is actively being expanded to support standalone and connect-only campaigns across additional tabs. If you are using connect-only campaigns, Audit behaviour may differ from fully managed campaigns, and some pillars may show N/A even in the individual campaign view while the standalone rollout is ongoing. 🔑 When to Contact Support Contact the Search Atlas support team if any of the following apply after a hard refresh: - The All Campaigns view still shows N/A across all pillars and the AI Summary. - Individual campaign views also show N/A — this indicates a separate issue unrelated to this bug (unless you are on a standalone or connect-only campaign, where some N/A values may be expected during the rollout). - The campaign selector dropdown is empty or no campaigns appear in the list. When contacting support, include your workspace name and a screenshot of the Audit section so the team can investigate your specific account. 🎯 You now know how to identify the OTTO PPC Audit N/A issue, switch to a per-campaign view to recover your data immediately, and understand that aggregated All Campaigns audit is a known roadmap item. If individual campaigns also show missing data, contact Search Atlas support for a deeper investigation.
