🔍 Overview
Once the OTTO code is active on your website, OTTO begins collecting pixel data to power its SEO automation. To access and manage your OTTO pixel data options, you need to navigate to the OTTO SEO section of Search Atlas. This article walks you through exactly where to find these settings and what to expect.
🧭 How to Access OTTO Pixel Data Options
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, click OTTO SEO. This takes you to the OTTO automation dashboard at /seo-automation-v3.
- On the OTTO SEO page, locate the site for which the OTTO code is already active. Active sites will display a status indicator confirming the code is installed and firing correctly.
- Click on the relevant site to open its OTTO settings panel.
- Within the site panel, look for the Pixel Data section or tab. This is where all OTTO pixel data options are displayed, including tracking status, collected signals, and data configuration controls.
✅ What You Will See in the Pixel Data Section
Once you open the Pixel Data section for your active site, you can expect to find the following options and information:
- Pixel status — Confirms whether the OTTO pixel is actively firing on your website.
- Data collection settings — Controls for what user interaction and on-page signals OTTO is collecting.
- Signal history — A log of pixel events and data points captured over time.
- Integration details — Information about how the pixel connects to OTTO's automation engine to drive SEO recommendations.
⚠️ Pixel Data Options Not Appearing?
If you have navigated to OTTO SEO but the Pixel Data section is not visible, check the following:
- Confirm the OTTO code is active. The pixel data options only appear after the OTTO code has been successfully installed and verified on your website. If the code was just added, allow a few minutes for the status to update.
- Check the correct site is selected. Make sure you have selected the specific site where OTTO is installed. Pixel data is site-specific and will only show under the matching property.
- Refresh the page. A hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) can resolve display delays after a recent code activation.
- Verify your account permissions. Pixel data options are available to account owners and users with full access. If you are on a restricted role, contact your account administrator to confirm your permission level.
