📤 Bulk Export OTTO On-Page SEO Data

📋 Overview

OTTO SEO includes a built-in Export Fixes feature that lets you bulk export all on-page SEO data in one click. The export is delivered as a Google Sheets file, giving you a clean, structured spreadsheet you can use to migrate data into Rank Math, share with your team, or keep as a backup. You do not need to copy and paste individual fields manually.

📦 What Gets Exported

The Export Fixes feature covers every major on-page SEO field that OTTO manages, including:

  • Meta titles — optimised page titles for every URL
  • Meta descriptions — unique descriptions for every URL
  • Headings — H1 and other heading-level recommendations
  • Canonical tags — canonical URL values per page
  • Open Graph tags — OG title, OG description, and OG image data
  • Twitter/X Card tags — Twitter title and description fields
  • Alt text fixes — recommended alt attributes for images
  • Link fixes — internal link recommendations and anchor text

Each row in the exported sheet corresponds to a single URL, so it is straightforward to match and import fields into Rank Math or any other SEO plugin.

🗺️ Where to Find the Export Fixes Button

  1. In the left sidebar, click OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation) to open the OTTO SEO dashboard.
  2. Make sure you are viewing the correct site. If you manage multiple sites, use the site selector at the top of the page to switch to the right domain.
  3. Look for the Export Fixes button. It appears near the top-right area of the OTTO SEO dashboard, alongside other action controls.
  4. Click Export Fixes. OTTO will compile all on-page fix data for your site.
  5. A Google Sheets file will be generated and a link will be sent to your account email address. Open the link to access your full export.

Tip: If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. The subject line will reference your site domain and the OTTO export.

📥 How to Use the Export with Rank Math

Once you have the Google Sheets file, follow these steps to transfer the data into Rank Math:

  1. Open the exported Google Sheet and review the column headers to identify the fields you need — for example, Meta Title and Meta Description.
  2. In Rank Math, navigate to Rank Math → Status and Tools → Import and Export.
  3. Use Rank Math's CSV import option or copy the values directly into the relevant fields for each post or page. Because the OTTO export is organised by URL, matching records is straightforward.
  4. For large sites, consider using a spreadsheet formula to reformat the data into Rank Math's expected import column structure before uploading.

Note: Search Atlas does not control the Rank Math import interface. If you encounter issues on the Rank Math side, refer to Rank Math's official documentation for CSV import guidance.

⚠️ Common Questions

  • Does the export include every page on my site? Yes. OTTO exports fixes for all URLs it has analysed within your connected site. Pages that have not yet been crawled may not appear.
  • Can I re-export after making changes? Yes. You can click Export Fixes at any time to generate a fresh export reflecting your latest OTTO recommendations and applied fixes.
  • Is the export a live Google Sheet or a snapshot? The export is a snapshot of your data at the moment of export. It does not update automatically if OTTO generates new recommendations later.
  • What if OTTO has not finished analysing my site? Wait for the OTTO scan to complete before exporting to ensure you receive the full dataset. You can monitor scan progress from the OTTO SEO dashboard.
