🔍 Find OTTO SEO tasks
Open the Search Atlas platform and select OTTO SEO from the left sidebar. You can also go directly to AI SEO → OTTO SEO. Select All Sites, then open the site and audit or agent session containing the suggested fixes.
📥 Check for an export option
Open the relevant task, audit, or agent session and check the available actions for Export or Download. If this option is available for that screen, select it and choose a spreadsheet format such as CSV.
⚠️ When export is unavailable
OTTO SEO does not currently provide a universal spreadsheet export for every suggested fix, task, agent session, or date range. If you cannot find an Export or Download action, the fixes must be reviewed and managed inside OTTO SEO.
📝 Use a spreadsheet workaround
To create a tracking sheet when native export is unavailable:
- Open the relevant OTTO SEO audit or session.
- Copy each suggested fix and its page URL.
- Paste the information into a spreadsheet.
- Add columns for priority, owner, status, and completion date.
- Use OTTO SEO to review the fix and confirm its current status.
