This article explains how to select multiple tasks at once in Content Genius so you can trigger bulk AI generation without manually clicking each individual item. Fin may have previously indicated that no select-all option exists — this article corrects that and shows you exactly how to use it.
📍 Where to Find It
Navigate to Left sidebar → Content → Content Genius. This is the main hub where your content tasks are listed and where bulk actions, including Write with AI in Bulk, are available.
🛠️ Step-by-Step
- Go to Left sidebar → Content → Content Genius.
- Look for the checkbox in the column header row at the top of your task list. Clicking this selects all tasks currently visible on the page — up to 100 tasks at a time.
- Once tasks are selected, the bulk action toolbar will appear. Click Write with AI in Bulk to queue generation for all selected tasks.
- If you have more than 100 tasks, repeat the process on subsequent pages after the first batch has been queued.
✅ How to Confirm It Worked
After clicking Write with AI in Bulk, you should see a confirmation prompt or a progress indicator showing that generation has been queued for the selected tasks. Each selected task's status will update — look for a status label such as Generating or In Queue next to the task rows. If the status does not change within a few moments, refresh the page and check whether the tasks now reflect an active or completed generation state.
