📤 Export Deployed Page Title Changes from OTTO

🗺️ Overview

When OTTO deploys page title changes, you can track progress and export a record of completed deployments from the Deployment Summary section. The exact steps differ depending on whether you are using OTTO v2 or OTTO v3. Use the sections below to find the right instructions for your version.

🔍 How to Check Which OTTO Version You Are Using

To confirm your version, go to the left sidebar and select OTTO SEO, then open SEO Automation. The URL will update to /seo-automation-v3 if you are on OTTO v3. If you land on an older interface without that URL segment, you are on OTTO v2.

📋 OTTO v2 — Find and Export the Deployment Summary

Follow these steps if you are on OTTO v2:

  1. In the left sidebar, select OTTO SEO, then open SEO Automation to open your OTTO dashboard.
  2. Locate the Deployment Summary panel. In v2, this section is visible directly on the main dashboard page without any additional clicks — scroll down if you do not see it immediately.
  3. The panel displays a progress indicator, such as 71/133, showing how many page title changes have been deployed versus the total queued.
  4. To export the completed changes, click the Export button displayed in the top-right corner of the Deployment Summary panel. The file downloads as a CSV containing all deployed page titles, their URLs, and deployment timestamps.

📋 OTTO v3 — Find and Export the Deployment Summary

OTTO v3 uses a redesigned interface. The Deployment Summary and its export option are not visible by default on the main dashboard — they are located inside the Domain Report tab and require a hover interaction to reveal the export control. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. In the left sidebar, select OTTO SEO, then open SEO Automation. Confirm you are on OTTO v3 by checking that the URL contains /seo-automation-v3.
  2. At the top of the OTTO dashboard, locate the tab row and click the Domain Report tab.
  3. Once inside the Domain Report tab, scroll to the Deployment Summary section. You will see a progress counter showing deployed versus total changes, for example 71 of 133 page titles deployed.
  4. The export button in v3 is hidden until you interact with the row. Hover your cursor over the Deployment Summary section header. An Export icon will appear on the right side of the header bar.
  5. Click the Export icon to download a CSV file. The file includes each deployed page title, its target URL, the original title, and the date it was deployed.

Important: If you do not hover over the section header, the export icon will not be visible. This is expected behaviour in OTTO v3 and is not a bug.

📊 Understanding the Deployment Progress Counter

The counter you see — for example, 71/133 — means:

  • 71 — page title changes that have been successfully deployed to your site.
  • 133 — the total number of page title changes OTTO has queued or approved for deployment.

Only deployed changes (the first number) are included in the exported CSV. Changes that are still pending or awaiting approval are not included until they are deployed.

⚠️ Common Issues and Quick Fixes

  • I cannot see the Domain Report tab in v3. Make sure you have at least one domain connected to OTTO. If no domain is active, the tab may be hidden. Go to your OTTO settings and confirm your domain is connected and verified.
  • The export icon does not appear when I hover. Try refreshing the page and hovering again. If the icon still does not appear, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the problem persists, contact support using the method below.
  • My exported CSV is empty. The CSV only includes changes with a Deployed status. If all your changes are still pending, the file will have no data rows. Wait for deployment to complete or check your deployment queue for errors.
  • I see a Deployment Summary in v3 but the counter shows 0/133. This may mean OTTO has queued changes but deployment has not yet started. Confirm that auto-deployment is enabled or manually trigger deployment from the Domain Report tab.
