Search Atlas automatically distributes your business listing to a curated network of online directories through the Local SEO tool. Once your details are set up, the platform handles syndication for you — no manual submissions or updates required.
🚀 How to Set Up Listing Distribution
- Navigate to Left Sidebar → Local SEO → Listings.
- Enter your complete business details, including business name, address, phone number, and operating hours.
- Save your information. Search Atlas will begin syncing your listing to its network of citation sources, including major data aggregators and local directories.
- Return to your Listings dashboard at any time to monitor the distribution status of your listing.
📋 Viewing Your Citation Submissions
You can see exactly which directories your listing has been submitted to directly inside the platform:
- Go to Left Sidebar → Local → (GBP project) → Local Citations.
- This view shows a full breakdown of every directory your listing has been sent to, along with its current submission status.
ℹ️ What You Should Know
- High-authority focus: The distribution network targets the citation sources that have the greatest impact on local search rankings, not every directory on the internet.
- Selective coverage: Not all online directories are included — Search Atlas curates its network around the listings that matter most for local SEO performance.
- Automatic syncing: Once your business details are saved, distribution happens automatically. There is no need to manually push updates to individual directories.
