Atlas Brain AI sessions can pause if your computer restarts or your browser closes while a session is in progress. If your session has been interrupted, the steps below will help you get ready to resolve this with our support team as quickly as possible.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready before reaching out:
- Your Search Atlas account email address.
- The name or description of the paused session.
- The workspace or project the session was created under (if you manage multiple workspaces).
- Approximately when the session was interrupted (date and time).
- Any error message or unexpected behavior you noticed before or after the pause.
What to Try First
Before contacting support, try the following basic checks:
- Log back in to Search Atlas. Go to app.searchatlas.com and sign in using the same account credentials you used when the session was created.
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace. Sessions are tied to the specific workspace and account that created them. If you manage multiple workspaces, make sure you have selected the right one.
- Refresh your browser. A simple page refresh can sometimes restore visibility of a session that was interrupted.
- Open Atlas Brain. Navigate to Atlas Brain within the platform and check whether your session is still listed or accessible.
