Atlas Brain is a focused AI mode within Search Atlas that transforms the dashboard into a dedicated content-research interface. While Atlas Brain is active, the standard navigation elements — including the top-right profile avatar dropdown — may be hidden or inaccessible. This is by design, but it can make it difficult to find your billing page or account settings if you are not aware of this behaviour.
If you attempted to open your account dropdown and it did not appear, you may be operating inside Atlas Brain mode. This article explains what Atlas Brain is, how to recognise it, and how to exit it so you can reach your account settings and billing page.
🧩 What Is Atlas Brain?
Atlas Brain is an immersive AI research environment built into the Search Atlas platform. When active, it replaces the standard dashboard layout with a focused interface designed for deep content and SEO research tasks. A key characteristic of Atlas Brain mode is that standard navigation elements — including the account dropdown — may not behave as expected while this mode is active.
Because the account dropdown may be inaccessible in this mode, actions such as managing your subscription, viewing invoices, or accessing team settings cannot be completed until you exit Atlas Brain.
🚪 How to Exit Atlas Brain Mode
To leave Atlas Brain and restore full dashboard navigation, you will need to exit the Atlas Brain interface and return to the main Search Atlas dashboard. Because the exact exit control depends on your current view within Atlas Brain, here is what to try:
- Look for a button, link, or icon within the Atlas Brain interface that is labelled something like Back, Exit, or Dashboard and click it to return to the standard layout.
- If no such control is visible, try clicking on any top-level navigation item that is still accessible to navigate away from the Atlas Brain environment.
- If neither of the above works, contact our support team (see below) and let them know you are unable to exit Atlas Brain mode — they can guide you through the specific steps for your account.
Once you are back on the standard dashboard, confirm that the account dropdown is accessible again before proceeding to billing.
💳 How to Access the Billing Page
Billing is managed through the Billing page, accessed via the avatar in the top-right (Billing). After successfully exiting Atlas Brain and returning to the standard dashboard, use the account navigation to locate your Account Settings, then find the billing or subscription-related section to view your plan, invoices, and payment details.
If the account dropdown or billing area is still inaccessible after exiting Atlas Brain, try refreshing the page and attempting the steps above again. If the problem persists, our support team can assist you directly.
