When you purchase VIP training recordings through Search Atlas, you receive access to a training portal where you can view your content. This guide covers how to get help locating your credentials and getting logged in.
Finding Your VIP Portal Credentials
Your VIP training portal credentials are associated with your Search Atlas account. If you are having trouble locating them:
- Check the inbox for the email address associated with your Search Atlas account
- Search for any emails related to VIP training or portal access
- Check your spam, promotions, and other email folders in case the message was filtered
Common Issues
I didn't receive the credentials email:
- Check your spam, promotions, and other email folders
- Verify that the email address on your Search Atlas account is correct
I forgot or need to reset my password:
- Look for a password reset option on the portal login page
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password
The login page won't load:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Temporarily disable any VPN or browser extensions
