If your Search Atlas dashboard is showing unexpected or incorrect information — such as displaying "google SEO" where you would expect to see "OTTO" — this is most commonly caused by cached data stored in your browser. Cached data can cause your browser to load an outdated version of the page instead of the most current one.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Step 1: Open the page in a private or incognito window. This is the quickest way to check whether cached data is the cause. Open a new private or incognito window in your browser, navigate to your Search Atlas dashboard, and see if the information now displays correctly.
- Step 2: If the issue persists, clear your browser cache. Go to your browser's settings and clear the cached images and files. After clearing the cache, reload your dashboard and check whether the information is now accurate.
- Step 3 (Windows users): Try a hard reload. As an additional option on Windows, you can force your browser to bypass the cache and reload the page fresh by pressing Ctrl + F5 on the affected page.
